Even with the cover the screen is very responsive. Only problem is the opening for the charger cord. The protective flap gets stuck in the opening so I eventually cut it off. My Samsung branded charger cord did not fit into the opening and I had to purchase a cord with a longer shaft as I was concerned that I would damage the charging port on my phone. Update: I disassembled the case and used a small file to remove the small plastic edge that was obstructing the cord. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Put through the washer and phone still works! *by T***I on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on June 2, 2019* So I accidentally put my phone, (in this case) into the wash cycle. I found out when I took the clothes out to put into the dryer! My phone was on. I turned it off and opened the case. I then put it in rice. The inside of the case had very little water in it. I let the phone sit in rice for about two hours. I turned it on and it is working fine. I had to put in this review. I'm so surprised and happy that my phone survived. Install is super easy and the screen carver is a charm. Two thumbs up all the way, actually all ten fingers up!!Its the best case I've ever gotten for my phone.
