The caps I’ve tried before are either super thin and wear out or don’t fit and give me a headache after 10 minutes. These caps are well constructed and durable. They are thick enough that you can wear in public. I’d recommend these if you have a big head, 8+ inches. The only thing is the bigger your head the quicker they lose form. I recommend if you are wolfing once you get into your 4/5 week, depending on how fast your hair grows, that you use two caps to get max compression.
