They did not come with them.** A: no instructions but if you go to vic baggers web page or you tube them. It was straight forward in stall. do need to be a little mechanically inclined. I did my in the bike shed in about one day. **Q: Where can I get instructions?** A: I pulled it from a facebook video **Q: Will this work with Chieftain Limited?** A: Yes I had a indian dealer install this on my 18 chieftain limited. I loved the look and ride also **Q: will it fit 2019 chief vintage?** A: The bolt holes in the metal links are too small for my 2019 Chieftain, I had to modify them. They did not directly bolt on. If you are mechanically inclined, this will not be difficult. Be careful to add more pressure to our mono shock.
