He loves star wars and R2D2. I love that it gives off enough light without making it too bright. It doesn't get hot and easy to turn off. He also gets a kick out of having a different color each night. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ My mistake *by M***E on July 10, 2017* I originally gave this review of one star because it looked like an opaque milk carton plastic until I realized that I had only removed the plastic covering from one side of the acrylic plate. It is very difficult to see that there are actually two sides that are covered don't make the same mistake as I did. ..remove both plastic coverings. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice light for someone afraid of the dark *by S***L on March 26, 2018* My oldest son bought this for his younger brother Jacob who is a huge star wars fan. He is also afraid of what could be hiding in the dark. R2D2 is a bit brighter than a typical night light. He provides a nice soft glow throughout the room. He ensures there aren't any spooky shadows. Unfortunately one of the ports broke after awhile, but the seller was very nice and they sent us a new base free of charge.
