The coating was also perfect for using chalk, as it adheres to the coating allowing for both a solid, strong grip, as well as smooth rotations during cleans and snatches. I was so impressed by the quality of that Lifeline kettlebell that I began buying them to replace the ones I already owned, even from the high end manufacturers. I currently have doubles of Lifeline 26k/53#, 32k/70#, and 36k/80#. I also have one 40k/88#. I store all of my kettlebells outside under a canvas tarp and exercise outside in the heat and humidity. They get exposed to a lot of sweat and weather, but only one of them has shown any signs of rust. The 40k kettlebell has shown some small spots of rust on the handle (it is visible in the photos), but it turned out to just be surface rust and it was easily brushed off when I cleaned off the chalk residue. Overall, these kettlebells have proven to be an incredible value, given their competitive price and the savings on shipping. I plan on continuing to expand my kettlebell arsenal by adding their 44k/97#. Wry well made. I happen to really like the grip of the handles. These are the only brand of kettlebells I own. Their price is not the least expensive rather in the middle somewhere. The quality is as good as it gets. I own 5 of these bells, soon to be 7 since I need another 20kg and a single 24 kg.
