Nothing.) the bulb end is also incredibly uncomfortable to insert and hold in? tried using it as a plain strapless strapon without the vibration function, but there's practically no way to use the toy comfortably for its intended use. if I can get it working it could make a good vibrator with a weird handle/base I guess. for now its just a barely functional dildo taking up space.
