All the necessary items are provided with the exception of the frame, although the hanging brackets are included. The canvas did need to be ironed to flatten out the folds caused in packaging. I also had my husband build a basic frame to stretch the canvas over to make painting easier (taping the canvas over a portion of cardboard would work too- I recommend this step. As many of the numbered sections are small I would also recommend using a magnifying glass or reading glasses to see & paint those areas better. Even though the paint brushes are provided I chose to use simple toothpicks to paint the smaller areas. I started drawing it and everything went well. But then we moved from one state to another... time passed and when I took out the picture to continue painting, the paints had dried. I tried using water but to no avail. I am very upset because I would like to see the picture on my wall. After asking for feedback from one of the buyers, I discovered a similar problem. The supplier sent the buyer a second set of paints. This sounds reassuring. But I don’t know how to contact the supplier to ask them to send me a second set of paints. Please help me resolve this issue. This is the first time I have done a PBN and have 2 more waiting that I have purchased since I started this one because it has been so enjoyable and relaxing hobby.Tje paint is nice, a couple were kind of dry but adding a drop or 2 of water fixed that but when I found one of the paint pots was hard and it couldn't be softened,I contacted the seller, Dbzon, and they sent me a new kit at no charge.
