In the grocery store, next to the peanut butter, you'll find several jars of American-made tahini. It's pretty much all crap. Even the Whole Foods brand, which is imported from Israel, is a little too bitter, the flavor weak, and the consistency not as smooth. I can't insist on this brand of tahini enough. When you buy it bulk, it's really cheap, and a great alternative to peanut butter, in case you have a peanut allergy, or develop one as I did, from eating too much peanut butter. And these guys ship pretty quickly. I've bought from them a few times already. Review: Bought 6 jars, received 4, 1 of which leaked all over the package - So this is the second time we bought Al-Arz, which is an excellent brand, from these folks. Both times we received the tahini poorly sealed, and both times one jar spilled. For those who are familiar with Al Arz tahini, the container is not sealed tight enough. desertcart refunded both times, but this is a packing problem. That's a shame because the tahini is good -- but not worth cleaning up a box and calling desertcart for a refund.
