HR goes up and stomach gets a little upset. GAT products usually work very well for me. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ JetFuse, the best Pre-workout Powder Period *by G***G on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on August 3, 2016* I've use pre-workouts like Lipo-6, Hydroxycut and even Jack3D, but every single time those pre-workouts would make me feel either over stimulated and nauseous or like I had fire-ants running through my face. After using both Jetmass and Muscle Martini for years, I decided to give JetFuse a try and boy I am so happy I did. Not only does it taste amazing, but the practically stimulant free (still has 120mg of caffeine) mix does not even remotely give me the fire-ant face feel. Instead, I feel super energetic and ready to workout.The only downside is that it does take about 30-40 minutes for the mix to kick in pre-workout, which they also tell you on the tub. So, don't drink this immediately before your workout or you won't feel it kick in until it's too late. If you give it the right amount of time, you'll be ready to go in the gym. I like to do a stack mix of Jetfuse, Jetmass and Muscle Martini into a 30 ounce mixer and drink it before, during and after a long weight lifting or cardio session. If I want a really good pump, I'll go for the full dose of Jetfuse on it's own first, then sip jetmass and muscle martini during and after the workout. Overall, I've never had three products from the same manufacturer taste so damn good for pre-workouts / creatine and bcaas. I don't really use GAT protein since I'm a diehard Jay Robb fan, but someday I might give it a try.GAT makes taking supplements easy. They have the least stimulants in their drinks that also taste amazing. You can also stack muscle martini with JetMass to get a BCAA / Creatine combo both pre and post workout. The JetMass Orange Creme tastes unbelievable and mixes will with the Appletini flavor. You can even make a three hit combo by mixing Jetfuse, Jetmass and Muscle Martini into 30 ounces of water and down 10 ounces at a time pre, during and post workout. It still tastes amazing.I've always had the hardest time digging through brands that not only made good products, but also made them taste GREAT at the same time. GAT is where it's at. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Get off stim pwo and cycle this *by S***P on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on October 12, 2016* I've been on pre workouts with a high caffeine content for a while because I never really had the motivation or the energy to go early mornings to the gym but I felt like I needed to cycle by caffeine intake. Thinking that I wouldn't get the same intensity of a workout, I went in expecting a mediocre product that would provide energy at first then stop being effective...I was wrong. Obviously the energy doesn't arrive as quick as it does worry caffeine but when it does, you'll notice the pump and energy. I didn't feel the "skin tearing pumps" most people talk about but it's definitely satisfying. The ingredient profile is great with no unnecassary additions. The amino acid ratio is scientifically proven to be sufficient enough per dose which helps out when you're halfway through your workout and realize you have more gas in your tank. Do note that this product does contain creatine which some people would not want. Overall, the product does what it needs to and is pretty cheap per serving size.
