My shoes would become worn on the outside heel. I learned this was called supination but never imagined there was a solution; until I came across these. Initially they were uncomfortable, but after I removed the sticky thing on the edge, it became comfortable and effectively reduced the pain I had been feeling. I guess my supination is not as pronouned as others. I havevtried other insoles since but they are not effective for me, I think they over correct and slip a lot. These are the only inserts that have worked for me. I gave four stars because their customer service are not friendly ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great support and gait correction. *by R***E on 18 September 2020* These took a little getting used too. That said it is successfully correcting the fair of my left foot where I have nerve damage. I was increasingly walking on the outside edge of my foot rather than rolling through the toe. I wear it for 5 hours a day at work. It has also reduced the pain in both my feet and ankles.
