This system works adequately. There is no way I or my staff could have set this up on our own, however. I hired a phone/technical specialist to install and program the system (and I recommend that you do the same). Two of my 8 phones had faulty handsets and had to be returned. This system saved me at least $500-1000 off of a similar sized systems, and with the reasonable function, was a decent purchase.
