For myself, I travel to HK which follows EU(UK) way, 2Pin+1 Landline part, to China, PRC, 2Pin in standard and S.A for business development. This one for all. Decent job.2. Great build quality and craftmanship generally. Quality Plastic used here, I feel it like GFRP or other premium plastic, feels good.3. They do a thorough job of listening to customers, following reviews, and finding solutions for both sides to be happy. I changed my review to a 5 star because of this customer service.---------original review--------------Device overheats quickly when charging a tablet or anything bigger then a smartphone. otherwise everything else works good. Just not at once. You cannot use the USB chargers and the 120v at the same time. There's a small switch and you have to choose only one. But it handles more power/ gives out more power then other adaptors. And no failures as of this dates with two weeks of continuous use.
