As the product states, you can wear it inside your clothes, it does not protrude (a lot) and can wear comfortably, the under arm is a very sore point on my other correctors, but this posture corrector is really comfy and does not chaff. Comes with a handy guide for useful everyday wear and what not to do with the product. Overall I found this product to be really well made, quality posture corrector. Worth the price.
