Review: Great ball for working out. - I've been doing an Exercise program called Sit and Be Fit. The instructor has us use a ball for many of her routines, plus support your back sometimes. I was using a rubber kid's ball, and it had no give. I contacted Sit and be Fit, and they recommended the Fit Ball. What an incredible difference this made!! It comes with a straw and plugs to blow it up, which really helps to blow the ball to the right size. This ball has made my exercises much better 💙

I had to replace my previous fitball after the dog punctured it. I was concerned when some reviewers mentioned stickiness and odor. I did not have either of these. It’s exactly like our first one and I’m very pleased with it.
