As a relative arduino newbie, I struggled from a lack of needed instructions to make this work on a MEGA. I would like to thank David Prentice for the MSUFRIEND_kbv library which worked immediately (GLUE_480x320) and provided the instructions with other examples to adjust the software so that my needed touchscreen and showBMP features also now work. Altogether pleased. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Not for beginers. *by D***E on August 26, 2024* The overall build quality is good but I had issues getting it to display colors properly. I do not know if I received a defective display or the problem is typical of this display. I spent a great deal of time before discovering the MCUFRIEND_kbv library. Most of the examples worked but the colors were wrong! tft.readID retuns 0x99 as the identifier but if I could change the sketch to replace the ID with 0x9486 the sketch worked fine. ### ⭐ Arrived damaged, replacement didn’t work. *by K***E on October 31, 2021* I can’t really review the item because I never got to try it. It arrived with a cracked screen and broken pins. I was sent a replacement that was DOA it never powered on.
