Sometimes sooner. Because it dries pretty fast, you want to be quick from the point where you start to put the glue on the thing you're gluing, to the point of gluing it to the place you want it to be. There have been times where I've glued the back of the thing, then when putting it in place, it is already dry and I have to put more of the glue on. **Q: How many ounces of liquid is inside this pen?** A: Took a quick look and it doesn’t say.
