By early morning Christmas day, it felt like a joke when the 'flashlight' wouldn't even come on. I changed the batteries, replacing all with new but still could not get it to light up. It was sad but I desperately made sure that failure did not spoil my day, as my husband was there to calm me down. I am planning to return the item ASAP and get my hard-earned money back fast. My advice; don't expect too much out of this product. IT IS A FLASHLIGHT.
