I can't believe this battery is brand new.  It has a white crusty material at the seam where the top and bottom of the battery join together.  It has dirt marks and scuff marks all over the outside of it as well.  The battery itself says new with a date of 2019..but the writing is kind of faded off like it has been scraped off. Going to charge it and see how it works.  It may be being sent back.  First impression not good.  Will post update when we have used the battery a couple of times.  8/13/19  Ended up returning the battery and reordering hoping for a battery that looks and runs like new.  Return process was very easy.Update 8/13/19  Returned the battery with no hassle.  Will be ordering a new one and hoping for better luck.

Great machine for the price, however the battery does not last long at all - maybe 1/2 - My husband is in a power wheel chair so my son just wired the machine directly to the wheel chair battery and wala no more issues  =)
