I am not about that price, this one seemed to be good & I took a chance! Once was the original purchase and then I had a replacement sent after I received my first unit. The other unit had dots all over the display. I thought it was defective, but when I received the 2nd one, it too had dots. The dots were so distracting I had to place paper over the board before I could put my image on it to fade them out.I was reluctant to try this one as I don't think it mentioned "not" having dots, but I read questions asked about this unit and users said no dots, so I tried it. It has no dots, it is nice and bright and MUCH sturdier in feel than the other unit. The storage bag is also quite nice and is better than the "foam" type of cover you receive with the other brands. My only concern is the brightness button doesn't always respond and I have to press repeatedly. I hope this isn't a sign of more issues to come. I hope if there are issues within the warranty period, the seller is responsive and takes care of the problem.If you want a nice clear display and a good unit, spend the couple of extra dollars (five, maybe??) and get this unit.
