It didn't come with a manual. Is there a manual?** A: There is no manual so to speak. You just pull the metal tabs on the hinges. o is open and I is locked in place. They rotate 180 not 360. **Q: Is this ladder osha approved?** A: There is nothing to indicate this ladder is approved by OSHA. All it says is Made in China. There is a sticker that reads 150 KGS which I believe equals about 330 lbs.
