Packaging was very robust and secure (no defects or issues). This is my very first robot vacuum cleaner, and initial impressions were very good. This is certainly a quality product, with good build quality, specifications and accessories, especially for the price, compared to the competition. The instructions are clear and straightforward, and the Selfvac robot does what it is intended to do, with satisfactory results. ### ⭐ Poor Performance *by C***D on Reviewed in the United States on April 23, 2020* I only use the vacuum for hardwood floors doesn't work well on carpets and it keeps throwing all types of errors, so it'll run for 10 minutes and give an error and stop running. It is really terrible at trying to navigate back to dock itself for charging. Just a poor product overall, not worth the money.
