It put me in the hospital last year on a motorcycle ride in Arizona and almost again this year. When I'm on my trips, and even when I'm home sometimes (if I workout or just don't drink enough) I get wicked debilitating leg cramps. My hammies seize up, my calves as well and they even begin to twitch on their own. It's so bad that on flights I've had issues in cramped places (bathrooms) where I almost can't function. Alcohol makes it worse, and unfortunately, I'm a very social person with a very social job. It's been so bad lately though that I have had to limit myself to one or two drinks in an evening, which is not helpful to my work. I've also noticed that my heart rate goes through the roof when I'm having these episodes and I'm wondering how close to a serious heart issue I've come to at times. I felt like I was dying and my body was shutting down. My doctor is a bit useless on this and while I try to drink enough, it's often hard as I am never sure where my next bathroom will be. I tried this stuff and I haven't felt this good in years. I'm on a trip now half way around the world and I've been using the stuff for 4 days. No cramps, no insane unquenchable thirst each morning...I feel AMAZING! This isn't some BS review. I'm a real person and this product is a miracle to me.
