It is easy to insert controllers, controllers remain securely in place during gameplay, and when you're done controllers can easily be removed. It is also great that these have a display that allow you to easily see which player you are (1 thru 4). These grips feel comfortable and work well in both adult and child hands. I picked up another company's cheaper grips that had this feature but I returned them the same day they arrived. In contrast to those, these were actually comfortable to hold and use and the triggers are actually responsive. I was concerned about the triggers over all across all grips as they seemed to vary across all grip products. Well, for me they work great! You don't have to forcefully push them to get the joy-con to read the trigger press and you also get the "click" feed back easily. I bought two of these pack of 4 as I play Smash Bros with friends and family and there are a lot of us. No one has complained about hand cramps anymore and we can all easily see what player we are. The only thing I wish is that the packs of 4 came in more colors or they sold a 4 pack of all black ones. But this changes that, and this was the cheapest controller grip that I could find (by half).I would have given 5 stars if the L and R didn't have so much 'play'.
