There are a couple of tiny bumps along the back edge of the body that you can feel by running your fingers over it but are not visible. I am a steel string acoustic guitar player and the strings and tone are foreign to me. I recently started playing baritone ukes and wanted to try a classical guitar. I ordered the 3/4 size because I have smaller hands and I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. I may try higher tension strings in the future. If I decide to buy a full size, it will be from Guitar Works. I can’t imagine getting a finer instrument anywhere near the price. I will recommend this to all my friends. As it seems to be aimed at beginners, I think that's an oversight. Navigating the fretboard is difficult for beginners even with proper landmarks.As promised, the guitar came very well set up.
