The problem with the thing is that where you put your finger or pen does not either work or does not go to the spot selected. Very frustrating. I use it with a mouse, but that defeats the purpose of the screen. I wish I had not purchased it. Certainly not worth the premium price over the non-touch screen. Update: It's dying. Now it kicks off after booting. Poor quality and even worse customer service. They eventually respond but do not provide any help and only want more documentation and video of the device which is troublesome to provide even though it was obviously purchased from Amazon if they would look at the screenshots (which I did and still no resolution.) I wish there was a -10 option for this review.
