It does make a weird elephant noise, but he doesn't mind it.Dislike: If you allow your dog unlimited play with this, it will get torn apart and they may eat the stuffing.What I've done with some success is: I limit his play with this toy since he loves to tear apart stuffed animals. So once he's torn the velcroed limbs off and I've put them back on a few times, I put the toy away until the next day.
