I am also allergic to corn, so that makes getting supplements more difficult. There's NO CORN in this! It has definitely contributed to a huge improvement in my quality of life with MCAS. I have had no side effects other than yellowish poop (it's to be expected if you consume flavonoids like this - this is a pretty pigmented one, similar to how turmeric is), and I trust this brand to have high quality product. I've always had good luck with this brand. I really can't imagine my life without quercetin, it's given me so much symptom improvement. Every time I have to stop for testing of some kind, I'm counting the minutes until I can start taking it again. Oh and this stuff doesn't smell bad. I have been through a few brands and some of them I've had to quit because they started smelling awful.
