**Q: What size would you get a small 11 yr old**
A: My eleven old wears an XXsmall. He is small for his age, 138cm tall and the circumference of his chest is 63 cm. The shirt still has plenty of room for growth. I hope that helps.

**Q: Does this shrink in the first wash? I bought an S for my 11 year old and it reaches his knees. It's too thick and stiff to tuck in. Thanks.**

If this wasn't the Scouts official uniform I'd buy this for my husband. The fabric is thick and quite stiff, resulting in a smart shirt. My son looks proud wearing it to Scouts.
