### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A paperback book that has changed and saved lives since before WWII

Way back about 30 long years ago as a young buck turned young vegan, i read the Back to Eden "book". As in, not a cookbook per se. Yet i really enjoyed it and found it very informative and helpful. Impressive to me as well cause veganism wasn't a red hot thing in 1990, and that book was written in the earlier part of the century! Cookbook/unCookbook. I'm still invested in these works even though half the time i get my "inspiration" from the cookbook and run wild with it. Sticking to the recipes is great too. I feel one can't go wrong with this one. And of course one doesn't have to be vegan to use it. Nor do they have to be a ovo-lacto-fruitarian-raw whatever. So many dietary codes anymore with the interwoven and interspirsed restrictions and onandononon. My point is simply- look at the thing. It is stuffed with tasty concoctions that are open to anyones interpretation. And HEALTH!!!. Although aliens watching us humyn species would beg to differ, most everyone has health concerns. Lose a few pounds, its in the book. Need to gain a couple lbs? in there too. Wanna make tea from weird stuff you can find in the woods(or park), its in the book. Please just take the book. Or try the library. what? Yes, print form still exists. i worked at the public library from age 14-17 and i could barely carry all the incredible books i found while at work. Lucky for you, this is just a light paperback. See the signs? Go git a copy!!!! It might change your life. It might save your life.peace, friendship, and HK!!

This book was reccomended to me by experienced herbalists that are leaders in their craft while taking a course to learn from them. They swore by it, other students bought it and swore by it, so I bought it, now I swear by it. It's simple. It's small. it's profoundly useful.
