I researched on line and found the Bella red model #13698 uses 300 watts. **Q: Can we buy just a replacement crock. 1.5 qt. size** A: A replacement crock will cost you between 30-40$, you have to call the company to order one. **Q: What is the product made of? Any plastic that comes into contact with food? Thanks.** A: There is no plastic that comes in contact with food. It is made of iron. **Q: Could i keep fudge warm for an extended period of time without it burning?** A: I bought this for my daughter for Christmas and it was to replace one that had been broken in a move, I know all she really cooks in it is food that can be cooked slow all day. I my self would not keep fudge in it for an extended period of time. I can do 3 dishes for a party- dips, chili, etc. or try out 3 new crockpot recipes without having a huge amount of an unpopular new recipe. I can do a main dish and two sides and keep them warm after cooking. Easy to clean and the lid holder is convenient. I have gotten many compliments on it at various events.The crocks are a great size, and the item works well and cleans up well. Each crock has an indentation for a utensil, so you can cover it with a spoon held in place. It is also designed to hold the lids behind the crocks during buffet style serving.The only thing that I don't like about it is that it doesn't have any indicator light to verify that a crock is on.
