The WHOLE thing is Velcro, even the loop, so it wont slide on and tighten up. And when you pull them apart the Velcro comes off. JUNK, JUNK, JUNKEdit 2/11/19I changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars, I figured out that I was trying wrap them around a coiled up cord like a belt, and that isn't the best way for these types of straps. They work best to put on the end of the wire with the loop like a belt, then coil up the cord, then wrap around the cord. That way your not trying to put the strap through the loop every time. Hope that makes sense.
