The two options of the lighting is great. My plan was to use this for night time feedings, but it's too hard to turn on with one hand. Unless you put the baby down or keep the light on all night, it's almost impossible to turn on with one hand. The switch is on the bottom and you really need to dig your nail in to push the plastic piece to the 'on' side. I ended up using this as a night light next to the bassinet on the floor.The light works all night even when I don't plug it in. The light will dim, but it still works well after 5-6 hours.
