Let me say first that this is a good product for some.Like anything else, everyone is different. Some may have side effects and some do not.Be careful if you have normal to low blood sugar as this can lower you enough to make you uncomfortable.I recommend taking this with food, NOT ON AN EMPTY STOMACH!!All that being said, I would recommend this over most weight loss so called fat burners out there that really don't work.Proper eating habits and exercise will always serve you better. I have to say my appetite was suppressed a good bit which is a good thing. I don't overeat anyway but just wanted to shed a few pounds for my own personal taste. This is a good way to do it. I was using it in combination with the Garcinia Cambogia and noticed weight loss the first week of about 3 pounds. Not complaining. I believe it is a good product and on occasion I actually just poured a teaspoon and took it straight. I drank a glass of water afterwards and kept moving.
