**Q: How does the Velcro work?  Not sure how the clip is attached**
A: Your table skirt should have a strip of velcro  near the top that stretches the full length of the tables skirt.  Position the clip so that the velcro on the clip attaches to the velcro on the table skirt. The flat part of the clip should be on top of the table.
