(and can take a beating) *by M***H on May 25, 2017* I love this gauge. Easy to use, seems very accurate and helps me dial in my blades on my table saw and mitre saw.I was never satisfied with using a square because you still rely on your eye. Using this means you zero it out on the table and then stick it (magnetized) to your blade and adjust to the correct angle. No more guessing with the built-in angle indicator on the saw where the marks are thick and hard to judge.Great buy!EDIT: I, unfortunately, found out it is VERY durable also. I left it attached to the right side of my mitre saw blade (stupid, I know) and since I was viewing my cut line to the left of the blade I didn't see it still sticking there. I pulled the trigger and after hitting the blade guard, that poor gauge took off flying across the garage. I'm sure it dutifully measured all the angles it was experiencing on it's way to slamming itself into my cabinets and then falling to the concrete. I said a couple of curse words and picked it up. I zeroed it out on the cut bed and stuck it to the blade. It's fine. Lesson learned. Strong gauge. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Checking table saw blade angle is now a breeze. *by K***E on February 20, 2017* The Wixey WR300 Type 2 digital angle gauge with magnetic base works well for checking the angle on my table saw blade. Now I can be quite accurate with my mitered cuts and ensure that I've returned exactly to 90 degrees when I am done. I have found the blade angle stops built into my Dewalt portable table saw are decent, but they don't always return to exactly 90 / 45 degrees. All bets are off if I've had to adjust my blade alignment. This tool makes it easy and quick to confirm I'm in the right spot. Should have bought this on day one when I bought the saw! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As you can tell by the five stars, I highly recommend it. *by W***Z on June 1, 2018* I noticed a few negative reviews but, many, many positive ones so I purchased it. The one I received is excellent! It repeats, and according to my machinist square, it is dead on accurate. Certainly within the 0.1 deg. as advertised.Mine does not have the slow response noted by some; at least it isn't slow for my purposes. I would say the refresh is about one second or so. There were also a few comments about an "ERROR" coming up on the display occasionally. Please note that the gauge is designed to indicate angles left or right; not front to back. I noticed that if you tilt the gauge forward or backward more than a about five degrees, this ERROR does pop up. However, I also discovered that when the upright position is restored, the ERROR goes away and the reading is still quite accurate. In other words; no harm done, it is simply telling you it couldn't read properly. It is worth mentioning that the enclosed instructions indicate that for best accuracy, you can use a precision square to assure the gauge isn't tilted front or back.All in all, I will say that this little unit is very useful and well worth the money.
