Unfortunately code provided by e-mail would then still not work when trying to validate the software once downloaded either. Refund very professionally and quickly dealt with by Amazon customer services when contacted. ### ⭐ Wait for the redemption issue to be fixed... *by S***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 30 December 2018* The document provided does not have a valid redemption code (all xxx-xxx). How do I fix this?
