It has good instructions on the bottle and was easy to use. I have tried PVA glue and wasn't happy with the results. I am so happy with this product it sticks my napkins or flowers to the project and it also seals it and makes it waterproof. Glue can't do that. It is better than PVA glue in so many ways. The curing for the first and second layers is quick but the last layer takes some time to cure and harden. I found that it's best to give longer than recommended times just to make sure it's cured through all layers. If you have several layers of napkins you do need to give it time. My layers overlapped, so I made sure I gave it time to cure. My project has been on my doors for many months now, through humidity, wind, rain, and being yanked off the door by storms. It is just as beautiful today as when I hung it.
