However the holes do not line up as this piece does not fit flush in space. **Q: Will this fit 05 Corolla CE?** A: You would have to risk it and try it, I have an 05 xrs, it didn't find so well. It didn't line up with the center bracket, and it fit really tight on the side edges, it ended up breaking from flexing to much. Could be different on a CE. **Q: Is it stainless steel?** A: Not at all.
