First few were from a local commercial kitchen supply place. And it delivers.Even at the reasonable price I still consider it a luxury purchase. It's arguably the most specialized knife in my collection that I also arguably use the least. Literally just homemade loaves and the occasional sandwich I want halved. But if you want to not smash your bread or sandwiches, you need a bread knife. But I cannot undersell how convenient the "offset" style is. It's just so much more practical. You get to keep an even lighter pressure through the entirety of your saw.
