Look on the base of the unit for its name and Google it for their contact info. **Q: If you have multiple of these in a bar, is it possible to sync them together to be on the same sequence?** A: No I don’t see where or how you could. But this is a great great item. **Q: Does this have a back? Can the power cord be tucked underneath the shelves? If not, can the back sit flush against a wall?** A: Yes, it does have a back and it is solid. The power supply is about the size of a laptop charger which means it wouldn't fit underneath the display and if it were placed behind, it would sit about 1.5" off your wall. We can put a hole in the back of the display for the power supply to fit in but this would require ordering it directly through us. I suggest you give us a call so we can make it exactly how you need! (303)733-6400 **Q: is there a lot of assembly to this?** A: The unit comes completely assembled when it is shipped to you. You plug in the cord that comes out the back of the unit to your electrical unit and it is set to come on white. You can change the colors by using the remote that comes with the unit. Not to mention the 24" fits my spacing constraints almost precisely.My ONLY issue is that the IR controller here is on the same frequency as my fridge. I purchased a Danby beverage center and placed LED strips around the interior which is controlled with a very similar remote. When I hit the power button on the remote, both my fridge lights and this turn on BUT when I hit the colors, only one changes.
