**Q: Will this REACH the bottom of a full size 4wd Pickup Trick?  I have a Dodge RAM 1500 and don't know if this thing's tall enough?**
A: I wouldn't recommend this thing to my enemy . I bought this jack 3Yrs ago, used it once the 2nd time it wouldn't raise my Volvo car up although you can hear the motor running. I search the net for service; no one seem to know how to repair. I was told don't buy anything made in China, they are short on quality and service.

A: I have had a great experience, using the current one several times a year for over three years.  It is 12 volts DC, and your US residential outlet is 120 volts AC.  So unless you use a properly rated step down transformer, the answer is no.

**Q: what,s the metal folding handle for ?  and the universal sockets, are they for wheel lugs ?**
A: The advertisement led me to believe the Wheel Lugs and Bag came with the Jack.This is not so,the bag is a separate order, otherwise I'm happy with the performance of the Jack.

As a mail carrier who drives a lot of gravel roads and goes past a metal scrap yard, I get a lot of flats. I decided to try this out and see how it works. The mirror is pretty useless and often flops around. The top of the jack is made out of plastic and broke after one use, but it was still flat enough that I could keep using it. The first time I used it, it went pretty well. The second time, it was really slow, and the third time, the motor burned out halfway up. I have a Jeep Wrangler, so such a big vehicle might have been a bit of a strain on it. Maybe it works better for smaller cars, I don't know.
