You know the filter packs which seems like a good idea but those tasted like paper plus there was 7 pouches in each pack so each time you opened a pouch you were exposing the other six you weren't using! YUCK!!THESE ON THE OTHER HAND ARE 100% perfect and fresh for a 10 cup coffee maker(12 is too weak)These Masterblend Pouches are GREAT though! Each pouch is it's own pack and is fresh every time Just use your own filters and you will not be sorry.!This is the second time we have ordered these. The first box the packs were labeled as Maxwell House and blue. The second box we ordered were in foil packages and not labeled only the outer box. It tastes the same and I am confident it is the same coffee but I WISH it was in the little blue packs like the first box because the foil packs I my opinion make it look generic.42 great pots at around 50 cent a pot is a great deal for a fresh pot every time. Especially when you consider about 50 cent a cup for Kuerig for a so so fresh cup each time. Used 1 package (1.1 ounces) to make a 10 cup pot and it was weak awful coffee. Next day used 2 packets and it was strong awful coffee.
