Most others only make 4...and this seller has the best customer service I ever encountered. I got an email to make sure I had received it and was told to contact them if I needed anything. I made my first batch and the tops were flat. I knew that that meant I didn't add enough water, but I couldn't figure out how to fix it, the FAQ didn't cover this. I emailed the seller and the company owner directed me to a video how-to on You tube. After watching it I saw exactly what I was doing wrong. I have since made a few batches and they all came out perfect! The silicone tray is so easy to twist to get the ice balls out, filling it (now that I know what the trick is) is a breeze. I am so happy I chose this product,and it has a lifetime replacement guarantee! The owner couldn't have been more helpful and nice. It's easy to use as well. You just fill it up, press on the lid and stick it in the freezer. No mess... just the coolest ice you'll ever find! The kids have made some popsicles with it, and it works great with that as well.I've got several golfers on my Christmas list that I'm getting these for as well. I make a bunch and drop in ziplock bags, so these 2 trays are perfect. They don't "pop" out like plastic trays; mostly they push out or peel out. They are more convenient than metal trays (which I cut my finger on--blood ice, ick) and the plastic trays started chipping off into the ice, but silicone molds don't do either of those things.
