Easily fits 2" belts with room to spare . **Q: What size belt does it fit** A: The inside dimension is 2-9/16 inches. It appears to able to accommodate at least a 3/8 inch thick belt. **Q: How is the steel on this blade? Is it a user knife, or just a long pointy thing?** A: Not sure how you’d use yours or what for, but I am pleased with mine. I don’t know the grade of steel (seems hi-carbon- it’s easy to sharpen) but I’ve had no trouble with it retaining an edge in general use camping & occasional yard work. Cutting: mine is fine. Prying, throwing or other stuff, I can’t say. Sheath is serviceable and very slimline, which is an advantage. Had the Glock original version for 9-10 yrs in the Army. No problems... for the price, excellent choice. **Q: its not full tang?** A: I believe this is rat tail design; like the Glock it is based on. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Good Glock FM78 knife Chineese knock off *by R***H on Reviewed in the United States on January 30, 2019* This is a close but not exact copy of the Glock FM78 knife made from cheaper materials. In the pictures the Glock is on the left. The main difference is that the shadow ops knife does not have a removable end cap which means it also does not have the metal insert socket for the AUG rifle bayonet lug. The shape also looks a little different to me. The balance point on the shadow ops knife seems to be about 1/4" in front of the guard on the blade. On the Glock its about 1/4" behind the guard on the handle. The metal material and coating as well as the handle appear to be different on the knives. The sheaths are interchangeable between the knives though the shadow ops knife feels a bit more flimsy to me. The belt clip on this knife is easier to work than the glock but I suspect the belt hanger part of the sheath can easily break with hard use. My knife had a bit of a blemish on the handle just below the guard. I was able to grind that off with a shapening stone without much effort.I think at this price point quality control is not going to be top notch and I would not be too suprised to find minor blemishises from one blade to the next.If you collect Glock knives or just want a cheap light military style knife that won't hurt the wallet much if it gets lost or breaks you will like this. If you expect perfection or top quality you will disspointed. I give it 5 stars because for the price it seems pretty cool. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars One for the collection! *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on November 12, 2018* I'm rather pleased, I collect the Glock Knives, and I collect imitations and this is a nice one. It looks close. They didn't hide the blemish, it's right in the pic, a flash mark or whatever, I don't have my Dark Earth or whatever Glock calls it handy, but I'm thinking this is a darker, richer brown. I rather like it.
