The camera is small and does take 20 MP RAW and JPG shots. The interface with iPhone or iPad is excellent. I have to give it only 3 stars because right out of the box, the camera I received had a faulty lens = center 1/3 of the photo was perfectly sharp, but the outter 2/3 was progressively blurry. What a shame. I really wanted to like this camera and use it, but it is clearly unreliable. Battery life was bad = only 60 to 70 shots or 10 minutes of video and then dead battery. Customer service by DXO is ONLY by email and extremely slow. DXO customer service likes to play "20 questions" and after 7 to 10 emails back and forth over a week, i had to demand a refund. Even then it took them another 10 days to respond and process. Sorry but I would recommend putting your $500 towards a new iphone 7. OR spend it on an excellent small point and shoot.
