I accidentally knocked mine into my sink that had about an inch of standing water. I immediately retrieved it and dried it off, but it would not turn on. However, about an hour later, it did turn on and worked normally again. **Q: Can you use Lithium batteries with theJ5 V1 Pro flashlite?** A: For those of you who want the brightest flashlight possible: 14500 Lithium-ion battery (Sanyo-Panasonic UR14500P is the best, Orbtronic sells them with protection or ebay for the unprotected Sanyo) **Q: Does this flashlight have a momentary on function?** A: I have two of these, purchased in July 2017. Neither has a momentary on feature. They're both click on/click off with gentle push to cycle through the 3 modes. They don't hold the last mode either. If you turn them off while on bright, when you turn it back on, it'll come on in the dim mode, if you turn it off while on dim, it comes back on in strobe mode, and so on. A little annoying, but I still like the light well enough that I bought a second one and plan to buy another. Nice small inexpensive AA flashlight to keep in the vehicles. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The only rugged army grade flash light in India *by S***R on 2 September 2018* J5 Tactical V1 is the only rugged army grade flash light in India. I have used many flash light of this category but nothing lasted more than 2 months. But this one I am using since last 6 months. Very happy with the product. I did a lot of research before closing J5 and I am happy that I made the right choice. The only problem I am facing after 6 months of rugged use is that the mode of the flash light changes while zooming in and out. It got dropped from my hand many times, may be this is why it is happening like this, but that's not a big issue as I can reset the mode using the physical red button. From India so far 2 reviews, guyz don't rate 1 star to the product, that's not a fair review. If your product has some defect then get it replaced. J5 is a renowned flashlight worldwide and the build quality is 10/10. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Powerful flashlight that is unobtrusive *by L***A on 18 May 2019* It's been 2 months since I bought this flashlight and I absolutely love it. It's my main EDC flashlight and it goes everywhere with me. It has 3 modes viz, high, low and strobe. Even during power blackout low beam is enough to get things done. The high mode combined with the zoom ability makes for a great spotting light. Overall it's performance is really good.
