A note to another review -- you don't need to tear the adhesive off to change the battery: the front pulls off if you find the right place for getting your nails behind. The only thing that is different from expectation: the picture makes it seem as if there should be luminous points as well as arrows on the hands for night-time viewing. We found otherwise: it's pitch black at night, so no time orientation from this clock if doing night-time driving. Maybe we should have gone for the white background, at least then one might see the contrast some between hands and dial...
