I didn't want to struggle taking it out for the winter so I bought a cover. I needed to provide some kind of insulation to keep the wind from coming thru the fins on the sides. This product is great! Easy to use and handle. It cuts with scissors and utility knives. I put it on the outside. It's flexible & light so I could bend it into the corners for complete coverage. Duct tape adhered well to it. I was able to easily cover any places wind might blow in, including the top, over the sash of the window. When I walked back into the room I could already feel the difference! No drafts! I also cut strips of it and duct taped it to the bottom of the screen door which is half glass, half metal. There's a huge opening under the door. Leaves come into the foyer and the cold wind blows in. Works great! It's flexible so it bends easily when I open and close the door and provides a perfect barrier. The door opens out onto the lawn (no concrete there) so with time the dirt had packed down creating a "smile shaped" hole under the dirt. This product was the perfect solution! Review: Great stuff.
