This particular new visor (the black on on the right in my attached photo) is actually very nice quality and provides average sun shade which I prefer during the winter months and wear the ones that provide more shade coverage in the summer. I was hoping to buy more of these because this style is not readily available in stores anymore - but after trying this one I will not. If you look at my photo - the red visor on the left is one I've had, and you can see the overall opening where the ends touch is more oval shaped and does not pinch your head - while as you can see this new black one on right has is a more round opening where the ends meet and this translates to a real uncomfortable pinch on you're head after wearing only a short time. If it were not for the rounded shape that causes a nasty pinch I would be buying several more as they are quite nice quality. PS - I'm female and would say I have an average sized head. PSS - I've tried things to reshape and take the round curve out of the tips that pinch without luck. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ nice looking visor *by K***O on Reviewed in the United States on June 22, 2018* Very nice looking, regular size brim. The ends of the headband are slightly tight but I would rather have it a tad tight than too loose. I figure the ends can be repositioned a quarter inch up or down if it becomes a problem. The headband will lay against my forehead, depending on how the visor is positioned and also if the fit is eased after being worn a few times.Update 6/25/18: I am upgrading the visor to five stars after wearing several times now. Good size. The visor can be moved up or down or tilted; I play around with how to position it since it's the first visor I've owned. I sprayed them both with fabric and leather protector. Good visor, good price.5/15/21: broke the navy visor. Received my new one today. Not as tight as the first one which feels better. I use these visors a lot, when I am going out in public and don't want to use a hat & ruin my hair. I need more than sunglasses to protect my eyes, at all times. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Adequate, not great. *by L***R on Reviewed in the United States on July 26, 2019* I'll revisit this review, but when I got the hat, it felt tight like lots of plastic headbands feel. I dont need to pierce my temples, I just want some shade! I hope it stretches some but I dont hold my breath. The sweatband appears thick and absorbent, as I sweat a lot and this keeps sweat out of my eyes. Appears well made. Not fond of polyester fabric stretched over a plastic bill. Would prefer cotton twill without a hard plastic bill as the visor infrastructure. Nice dark black color.
