I was hasty and enticed by the cheap price, so I didn’t read the comments. I just looked at the amount and the rating, which is what most people do.More importantly, they don’t work! There is no way I can find to get audio to come out of BOTH earbuds, it’s either one or the other, although they both pair to the phone and the touch controls on either one work, you only get sound out of one or the other, not both ears simultaneously.There’s and “instruction sheet”, which has no actual instructions and is mostly gibberish. Buyer beware: you get what you pay for. ### ⭐ The "invisible" buttons design is terrible - it's impossible to know if you've engaged it *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on November 26, 2018* I bought these on special over Thanksgiving sales on Amazon. First of all I find the "invisible" buttons design very hard to use. I put my finger on the flat area and press but nothing depresses, and nothing happens. You can't tell if you've actually engaged the "button" or not because it does not respond physically with any action like an actual button does. I guess this is actually a "touch" activation but it does not respond - not a "button" as described in directions.The right ear bud at least turns on, but the left one does nothing when it is "pressed" (i.e. touched). Since no lights come on or anything happens, I guess that the one of the fully charged buds is just not functional out of the box.Also, once I saw there was an issue I started reading the one star reviews and I see that there are lots of issues with them so I am returning. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Not what I hoped for in a headset upgrade. This was my first try of this type of earphone and all I can say is I'm happy I didn't waste money on a high end headset (Bose etc).
